Wrightington Hotel & Health Club, Wigan

My stay was a mixed bag. The hotel had some really wonderful aspects, like a clean environment and great leisure facilities, but my experience was marred by some disappointing service which I didn't expect from a spa hotel. While the food was top-notch and the amenities were enjoyable, my overall experience was affected by the attitude of a staff member during an event. I might think twice before returning.
